All of our packages include the negative files, a variety of handcrafted frames with Fine Art Prints on a selection of handpicked papers and metal surfaces from the world's leading paper manufacturers. We personally retouch every photograph we take to guarantee you get the professional results you pay for. We include a range Black & White and artistic conversions to compliment your colour photographs (in addition to our packages we have a extensive range of extra's to compliment your chosen package). We offer a modern take on the traditional wedding album with our Designer and Magazine albums, these custom albums are individually crafted for you using time honoured book binding methods to ensure your memories last a life time.
Photographing weddings can be a tricky situation for the novice, so choosing a professional photographer to capture your wedding will ensure you get the printed memories you are after. Jacque & Craig shoot dozens of weddings each year in Darwin, the northern suburbs & the rural areas. We are always striving to create different and unique sets of photographs for each of our clients.
Our photographic style is an elegant blend of traditional and contemporary wedding photography, utilising the best of each style to create our vision. We follow you on your journey documenting each step, taking traditional posed photographs along with candid moments as they unfold. This documents your day into a storyline from the bride and groom preparations, ceremony, bridal party locations through to the reception. You will receive a balanced blend of traditional and contemporary photographs from your wedding day creating a pictorial storyline for you and generations to follow and cherish.
Professional Retouching & Custom Effects
Once we have captured your wedding day we will enhance each and every one of your photographs using some custom and well know techniques to give your images more punch. To guarantee you get the photographs you want, we offer complimentary individual Black & White conversions and a range of custom-made artistic conversions in addition to your colour photographs. Custom Black & White conversions will be carried on all of your bridal party shots and selected photographs throughout your wedding. Our Artistic conversions will be created with different effects on selected photographs throughout your wedding. In addition after you receive your photographs and you find that you want a custom effect on your favourite photographs, we offer an extra hour and a half of artistic conversions for free (roughly 25-30 photographs per hour). Please note that hand colouring of images can take over an hour each. Our individual custom conversions add a little extra snap to your photographs helping make them stand out from the crowd. Our conversions include; Black & White - Low Contrast, Black & White - High Contrast, Black & White - Infrared, De-saturated, Sepia, Aged Photo, De-fussed Glow, Film Grain, Soft Focus and our own Artistic Effect to name just a few. Bookings and Availability

Free Consultation
Once you contact us for a free consultation we will arrange a meeting at a convenient time to go over your needs and the products and services we offer. We will go over our packages inclusions and our extensive range of extra's. We will also show you our photographic style with examples of previous weddings and albums we have created for past clients. We can answer any questions you have thought of and run you through a basic timeline of your wedding photography based on the information you provide. After the first meeting is over we will leave you with an information pack for you to review at your leisure.
Deposit
If you decide to book Images & Dreams Photography as your wedding photographers, we will require a deposit of $300 and a signed contract to secure your wedding date. The deposit will be subtracted from your total package cost. The deposit secures the day for you, as we only shoot one wedding per day. In the event of postponement another day can be substituted if available otherwise the deposit is forfeited upon cancellation as a result of being unable to take any other bookings on that date. Remainder of the package cost to be paid 28 days before the wedding date.
Complimentary Engagement Session
Your package include a complimentary engagement session of one hour (except our custom wedding photography packages) at a location of your choosing (within Darwin & Northern Suburbs). This is a voluntary extra and you don't have to take up the offer, if you decide to proceed with the photo shoot we will arrange a convenient time and place before your wedding to complete this photographic session. Your package may include prints or even a signing frame for your reception. This a good opportunity for us to get know each other and for you to relax in front of the camera and of course have little fun at the same time. Once the photographs have been retouch we will load them on to our website for to pick your print(s) from. All Photographs from this photo session will be included in your wedding package and Negative files for you to keep and print.
Pre-Wedding Run Through
No more than a month out from your wedding day we will arrange to have a run through of your wedding. This will take place at approximately the same time you will be at your nominated locations so you can see our vision for your photography and to make sure everyone is on the same page and make any changes if need.
Your Wedding Day
We will confirm with you if there are any changes to the order of service on arrival. We will assist you by keeping a close eye on the time to ensure everything runs smoothly from our end and making sure there is enough time to get the photographs you need. Besides that we are here to help your day be fun and as memorable for you as we can.
Post Wedding
As we don't limit the amount of photographs you get in your chosen package it will take a little longer to retouch all of the photographs that we capture. It usually takes around 4 weeks for you to receive your DVD slideshow in a custom designed case, but this sometimes can be as longs as 6 weeks due to seasonal demand. A website link will be included in your DVD case with a secure password showing you the location of your photographs online so you can share your day with family and friends. Not long after this we will send you a spreadsheet with details about ordering your desired Fine Art Prints and your Famed Photographs.
Album Design
Album design is a simple step by step process, on the spreadsheet you receive for your prints, there is several pages dedicated to album design. The first step to designing your album is to pick the style of album you want, the size of your album and then the photographs you want on each page and last but not least the cover material and any options or features you want in your album. Once we receive the file we can go about designing an initial layout for you to have a look at to see if we are proceeding in right direction. If needed we will arrange an album consult to go over all the options again to refresh your memory. You will be involved in the design process the whole way until you are happy with the product. Once the album design has been finalised it will be sent to Albums Australia for manufacturing . Assembly time is usually around 3-4 weeks and is then sent to us for final inspection before we pass the finished album on to you. Your Negative files will arrive with your album so you can email and print any photograph you like. If you decide not have an album, your negative files will be delivered after you are happy with the custom conversions.
